Feasibility
We support a range of organisations at all stages of the business lifecycle, from start-up to scaling. In order to best support them and plan the growth of their organisation over a 3-5 year period, we employ a range of business tools. These include, but are not limited to;
Clarifying the Vision & Mission of the organisation
Business model canvas – capturing on one page all the constituent parts of the business
SWOT & PESTLE analysis – examining the internal competencies of the organisation as well as the external factors influencing the organisation over the period of the plan
Theory of Change – for those organisations with a social and/or environmental mission, we workshop the TOC to examine the relationship between the inputs, activities, and outputs of the business, and the expected outcomes for each stakeholder.
Setting “SMART” objectives, with clear timelines
Budgets – forecasts of income and expenditure over the lifetime of the plan
Where required, we develop the result of the above analysis into a comprehensive business plan.
