What we do…
We help organisations to collaborate
About Us
Many organisations seek to Collaborate due to internal pressures or pressures beyond their control. When we need to seek solutions, Collaborations can help shape strategies and secure future growth.
What our clients say…
Depaul worked with Collaboration Ireland on a piece of research on the feasibility of a social enterprise. From the moment we contacted them they were responsive, understood the brief very well and were able to work to our deadlines, which had to evolve throughout the Covid-19 Pandemic. Maighread and Duncan conducted extensive desk based that included overseas comparisons, best practice examples and completed a gaps analysis in the market. They also worked to interview key internal and external stakeholders to the project. The result is an excellent and robust piece of research with a clear understanding of Depaul, the sector and potential opportunities. They are knowledgeable experts and exceptionally professional. I would highly recommend them and Depaul would happily work with them in the future.
We have worked with Duncan many times in the last 4 years, both as part of our core social enterprise work plus our Dormant Accounts Funded social enterprise programmes. Duncan is a pleasure to work with and open to discussing the subject matter needed, tailoring his information and approach to our client needs. He is professional, knowledgeable, and excellent with clients –in both training and mentoring situations. I have no hesitation in recommending him and look forward to discussing future work with him soon for ourselves.
‘I have worked with Andrew for 12 years firstly as Governance Advice Officer and as part of the Collaboration NI team in NICVA. We continued to work with Andrew as an associate when he set up Collaboration Ireland. Andrew worked as part of our East Belfast Community Leadership Programme carrying out board governance reviews. This involved meeting the board, doing a document review and providing a governance review report with recommendations. Andrew is professional and adaptable in his approach. He is knowledgeable in governance best practice and collaboration, as well as a clear communicator and facilitator. Andrew is a pleasure to work with and his work is to a high standard’.
